Job summary

Disney Experiences in Orlando, FL invites you to join our Labor Systems internship for a six-month, full-time program from January 2027 through June 2027. You will work closely with partners to support workload, scheduling, time and deployment applications for operations leaders and Cast.

As part of the team you will assist with database design, backend/server management, frontend development, and dashboard visualization.

Qualifications

• Partner with leaders at all levels to coordinate team efforts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of computer science, data, and reporting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainment of labor systems, applications, tools, databases, and reporting solutions.
• Projects can range from database design, to backend server management, front end web development, to dashboard and visualization design.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
