Job summary

Disneyland Resort is seeking a bright early-career intern to join the Labor Systems team in Orlando for a full-time six-month program from January 2027 through June 2027. You will support sustaining existing labor systems, tools, databases, and reporting solutions while contributing to new capital and local projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning new technologies, and applying analytical thinking in a teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application.
• Disney interns may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship/program.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainment of existing labor systems, applications, tools, databases, and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to multiple capital and local projects currently in flight; design databases, backend/server, frontend, and dashboards.
• Communicate effectively, learn new skills, and collaborate well in a team with varied strengths.
