Disneyland Resort is seeking a bright early-career intern to join the Labor Systems team in Orlando for a full-time six-month program from January 2027 through June 2027. You will support sustaining existing labor systems, tools, databases, and reporting solutions while contributing to new capital and local projects.

The Labor Systems team works closely with business partners to build innovative applications that support workload, scheduling, time, and deployment for operations leaders and Cast. We produce robust applications that improve key aspects of the Cast experience. Our team seeks forward-thinking individuals who are passionate about delivering a quality product and enjoy working on both strategic and tactical challenges.
As a member of our team our intern will be supporting the sustainment of existing labor systems, applications, tools, databases, and reporting solutions as well as multiple capital and local projects currently in flight.

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $31.00 per hour.
