Responsibilities

• Assist in the negotiation process by providing information for the Chief Negotiator and serving as note-taker as assigned.
• Prepare written summaries and data on benefits, salaries, unit facts, and grievance experience information.
• Gather, prepare and analyze technical and statistical data for use in negotiation of labor agreements and grievance processing.
• Explain provisions of memoranda of understanding and policies to personnel staff and supervisory employees.
• Prepare routine correspondence and reports; assist in memoranda of understanding and document preparation.
• Respond to routine inquiries related to salaries, benefits and memoranda of understanding.
