Qualifications

• Four-year high school diploma plus four years' related experience or a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to conduct investigations, collect statements, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary investigations into workplace complaints, labor and disciplinary matters.
• Perform employee background investigations.
• Gather and organize relevant documentation and evidence to support investigations.
• Conduct interviews and obtain statements from employees, witnesses, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and case documentation with accuracy, objectivity and confidentiality.
• Track investigation timelines, monitor case progress, and maintain organized records for timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and maintain personnel records, grievance folders, and disciplinary files.
• Assist in developing and presenting training materials on performance and disciplinary topics.
