You will manage complex data sets, maintain contract repositories, and develop standardized tools to improve accuracy and speed in bargaining and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2 years of analytical support, contract administration, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex information.

Responsibilities

• Support Labor Relations with analytics, document management, and research.
• Prepare materials, track proposals, deadlines, and economic terms for bargaining.
• Maintain organized repositories of agreements, precedents, and related documents.
