• Experience handling Representation proceedings and Unfair Labor Practice investigations and litigation before the NLRB.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies (including the NLRB).
• Advise and counsel clients on employment law compliance and related litigation.
• Lead or support labor relations matters, including bargaining negotiations and arbitration proceedings.
