Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in traditional labor law.
• Experience with labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in labor arbitrations as first or second chair.
• Prosecute and defend unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
• Engage in collective bargaining and union avoidance strategies.
