This role will support the Labor Relations team with employee and labor relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, union matters, investigations, hearings, and labor-management activities.
The ideal candidate will have prior Human Resources or Labor Relations experience within a unionized environment and be comfortable working with managers, employees, union representatives, and other internal and external stakeholders.
