Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Labor Manager to oversee the recruitment, vetting, assignment, and management of our labor force. This role is pivotal in maintaining our service quality and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Utilize AOCL's private social media groups and other online platforms to source potential workers.

Vetting: Conduct phone interviews and background checks to ensure candidate suitability.

Assignment: Match vetted workers to appropriate job opportunities using our AOCL app.

Management: Monitor worker performance, address issues promptly, and maintain open communication channels.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on labor force status and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in labor management or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for recruitment and management.

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
