• Prepare and electronically file Notices of Appearance, pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Assist with all aspects of discovery, including preparation of deposition notices and subpoenas, document review, and Bates stamping
• Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel regarding deposition scheduling and other case-related matters
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing and compiling exhibits, trial binders, and other trial materials
• Review, proofread, and cite-check memoranda and other legal documents prior to court filing
• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of documents in administrative proceedings
• Monitor filing deadlines and maintain calendars to ensure timely submissions
• Maintain, organize, and manage documents and files
