Job summary

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is seeking a non-partnership track salaried attorney to support its Labor and Employment team, with a billable hour expectation of 1400–1700. The role permits telecommuting from a home office in any U.S.

state where the firm has an office, provided the attorney is licensed in that jurisdiction. Active California bar admission is required and candidates should have six years of law firm experience in labor and employment and be able to run matters and handle depositions

Qualifications

• At least six years of law firm experience in labor and employment.
• Active California bar membership required.
• Experience running litigation matters, taking depositions, and handling hearings.
• Strong analytical, research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Run litigation matters and manage own cases.
• Take depositions and conduct hearings.
• Interact with clients and coordinate with other team members.
• Support the labor and employment team in California and elsewhere as needed.
