Job summary

Ideal candidates will manage all phases of employment litigation, including wage-and-hour actions, PAGA, and discrimination matters, with strong FEHA/Title VII knowledge.

The base salary range is $165,000–$225,000, with bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA, and single-plaintiff matters.
• Strong knowledge of FEHA, Title VII, wage/hour laws, and related regulations.
• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from case assessment through trial.
• Handle discovery, motions, mediation, and trial preparation.
