Our client, a large and established law firm, has an active need for a labor and employment litigator with 2-4 years of experience to join as a junior or mid-level associate in its Chicago office. This dynamic practice handles single-plaintiff employment cases as well as high-stakes matters for Fortune 500 companies and other multinational clients.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class and collective actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and unfair competition/trade secret claims
Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of experience litigating employment, civil rights, and/or commercial matters in state and federal courts
· Experience with state and federal wage & hour and employment law is a plus
· Strong academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $300,000.
