About the Position:
Our client, a global Am Law 100 Firm, has an immediate need for a corporate transactional attorney (3+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This nationally recognized practice represents a sophisticated client base, including privately and publicly held companies, strategic acquirers, private equity funds, and family offices in a range of corporate transactional matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent public companies and privately held, strategic acquirers, private equity funds, family offices, and other investors
· Work on a variety of corporate transactional matters
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A and/or private equity
· Experience practicing at a nationally recognized law firm
· Strong academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $420,000.
