Qualifications

• 3–6 years of labor and employment law experience with a focus on management-side litigation.
• Experience representing employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Experience advising management-side clients on employment matters with practical workplace counsel.
• Familiarity with employment policies, compliance and employer-side issues.
• Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
• Admitted to the New York Bar, eligible to practice.
