Responsibilities

• Handle complex employment-related litigation/arbitration, including appearances before courts and agencies.
• Perform transactional employment work: advice, counseling, wage/hour audits, internal investigations, and employment law research.
• Analyze workplace-related issues and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with the Labor & Employment practice group, serving a broad client base from Fortune 500 to mid-size employers.
