The role involves advising on discrimination, wage and hour issues, representing in litigation, drafting agreements, and staying updated on federal and Florida labor laws. A JD and 3–7 years' experience are required, with flexible work options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 3–7 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment law issues including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and termination.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
• Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic counsel on labor relations.
• Stay current on federal and Florida labor laws to ensure client compliance.
