Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• 3–5 years of employment law experience.
• Prior employment litigation experience required, preferably on the management side.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Drafting, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions.
• Handling client contact and coordinating with national teams.
