Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Beacon Hill is partnering with a leading Chicago mid-size firm in their search for a Labor & Employment Associate to join their growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' labor & employment experience in a sophisticated law firm setting.

Their practice is heavily focused on employment counseling related to employment laws at every level (local, state, & federal) as well as employment agreements and handbooks. Experience with employment litigation including discrimination, wage and hour are a plus!
