C&M is currently working with a highly respected firm, seeking an associate to join their employment law team in their Chicago offices. This will be an employment counseling focused role - no litigation (the firm will consider attorneys that want to make a move from litigation). Hybrid schedule offered

Additional Information/Qualifications:

• Strong experience related to employment matters
• Ideal background should include counseling employers on a variety of matters, drafting employment documents, etc.
• Strong academic background
• Licensed with the State Bar of Illinois

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply! Also, C&M offers a $2000 referral bonus for all successful attorney referrals (i.e. hired by client)

The expected base compensation for this role is between $210,000 to $260,000 - depending on experience.
