Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' of labor & employment experience at a leading law firm.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Experience managing litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and preparing depositions.
• Knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and similar federal/state employment laws.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Admission to the Texas bar, or ability to waive into it.
• Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization or readiness to take the exam when eligible.

• 3–6 years' of labor & employment experience gained at a leading law firm.

• The right candidate will also have demonstrable substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws.
