Job summary

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in Cincinnati. Job description

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in Cincinnati. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1-year related experience or exposure to advising employers on risk management, EEO compliance, employee relations and disciplinary matters, litigation, and dispute resolution. An interest in management-side labor law is preferred.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $140,000–$160,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
