Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Corporate practice in the Ohio and Kentucky markets. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of general business and transactional experience, with first chair M&A experience and a partial or full book of business preferred but not required.

Candidates should demonstrate strong writing, analytical and communication skills, high ethical standards, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Corporate practice in the Ohio and Kentucky markets. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses, as well as first chair M&A experience. Partial or full book of business preferred, but not required.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
