Job summary

This role may be based in Washington, DC; Richmond; Dallas; Houston; or Atlanta. The successful candidate will manage employment litigation, including depositions and motions, and will advise employers on a broad range of workplace

Qualifications

• At least four years of employment and labor experience (class of 2022 or more senior).
• Licensed attorney in the jurisdiction of applying (e.g., VA, DC, etc.).
• Experience managing employment litigation matters, including depositions and motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters, including taking and defending depositions.
• Draft and argue motions, and coordinate with opposing counsel.
• Independently manage case strategy, deadlines, and dockets.
• Advise employers on a broad range of workplace issues.
