Qualifications

• Jurisdiction-appropriate bar licensure; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling employment litigation matters, including depositions and motions.
• Ability to manage case strategy, deadlines, and client communications independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment litigation matters from discovery through trial, including depositions and motions.
• Advise employers on a broad range of workplace and labor issues including NLRA/NLRB processes.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues; develop practical, business-focused advice.
