We Are Legal Revolution in Miami, FL is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate focused on management-side litigation. The role offers early client contact, a clear partnership track, and structured mentorship within a national platform.

You will defend employers, manage pleadings and discovery, draft substantive filings, and interact directly with clients on sensitive workplace matters.

Qualificações

• Active admission to the Florida Bar.
• At least three years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience drafting substantive litigation filings and discovery materials.
• Prior experience with a labor and employment-focused firm is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Defend employers in labor and employment litigation and class-action matters.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and other aspects of case development.
• Draft position statements, discovery responses, motions, and substantive legal documents.
• Participate in workplace investigations, client interviews, and evidence gathering.
• Advise and communicate directly with clients on sensitive workplace matters.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy, risk assessment, and resolution.
• Attend on-site investigations and occasional out-of-town fieldwork when required.
