Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia, or eligible to waive into Virginia.
• 1–4 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with employment counseling, compliance, or litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Counseling employers on employment compliance and workplace policies.
• Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Representing clients in employment litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Conducting workplace investigations and preparing pleadings and motions.
• Collaborating with firm attorneys to serve client needs.
