Job description

A well-established Virginia law firm is seeking an associate to join its labor and employment practice in Richmond. The practice includes both counseling and litigation, including workplace compliance and policies, employment agreements, investigations, administrative proceedings, and employment-related disputes. The attorney will have meaningful client interaction and substantive responsibility while working alongside experienced attorneys.

Candidates should be licensed in Virginia or eligible to waive in and have labor and employment experience. The firm offers a 1,750-hour billable target, bonus opportunities, unlimited PTO, strong health benefits, and a defined path toward partnership consideration. Hybrid flexibility may be available for more experienced attorneys.
