Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 4 years of labor and employment experience to join the Labor & Employment group in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The role focuses on supporting litigation, class actions, restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, and advisory work.

Candidates must be admitted to Minnesota or eligible for admission; California admission is a plus. Strong research, writing, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of labor and employment advisory and/or litigation experience.
• Admitted to Minnesota bar or eligible for admission.
• California admission is advantageous.
• Excellent research and writing skills; strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation and class action defense efforts.
• Engage in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
• Provide advisory services within the labor and employment sector.
• Participate in direct client interactions and consultations.
