HIA Group in Washington DC seeks a Mid/Senior Labor & Employment Associate to join a top-ranked firm handling complex matters for leading companies. The role offers exposure to employment litigation, investigations, and counseling, with close collaboration with seasoned practitioners and clients.

You will advise employers, handle litigation and investigations, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and represent clients in court and before agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Labor & Employment law.
• Experience in employment litigation or workplace disputes.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise employers on labor and employment matters.
• Handle complex employment litigation and workplace disputes.
• Advise on investigations, compliance issues and workplace policies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions and other aspects of employment litigation.
• Represent clients in federal and state court and before agencies.
• Advise on employment issues arising from corporate matters.
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Litigation, Labor & Employment and Regulatory practices.
