We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX, seeks an Employment Associate Attorney with 2+ years in litigation and transactional work. Join a labor and employment practice at a ranked Texas firm and gain hands-on experience directly from senior attorneys.

Responsibilities include representing clients in employment disputes, drafting pleadings and contracts, advising on compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA and Title VII, and contributing to policy development and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years employment experience in both litigation and transactional work.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII is a plus.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including litigation and mediations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and participate in court proceedings.
• Advise employers on compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; draft employment agreements, handbooks, and policies.
• Develop and review contracts, non-compete agreements, severance packages, and employee handbooks.
