Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a nationally regarded law firm in Houston to identify a Labor & Employment Associate (3-4 years). You will handle sophisticated employment litigation alongside an accomplished, collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of labor and employment litigation experience, including TROs, wage-and-hour actions, and non-compete disputes, with strong writing and discovery skills. Texas Bar is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience.
• Experience with TROs and temporary injunctions.
• Wage & hour class actions and single-plaintiff employment litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom preparation skills.
• Texas Bar admission is required.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join a national law firm in Houston and work on sophisticated employment litigation matters.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; assist in hearings.
