• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Depose witnesses; participate in mediations, hearings, and trial prep.
• Assist with wage/hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination matters.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex employment cases.
• Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files.
