Job summary

Buchalter PC is seeking a mid-level associate with approximately 4-5 years of experience to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in California. The ideal candidate is currently licensed to practice law in California and has solid experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions.

The role involves providing advice and counsel to various clients to minimize risk exposure and managing litigation if necessary. The expected salary is between $190,000 and $235,000 annually with performance bonuses, accompanied by comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and unlimited PTO.

We are looking for a mid-level associate (approx. 3-7 years) to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group in Orange County and Los Angeles. We are looking for someone with 2+ years relevant management side defense experience. The candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in Californiaand have at least 3+ years of solid experience in employment litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions.Experience with daily advice and counsel concerning employment – related matters is preferred, but not required.

We work with business management to ensureworkplace compliance and an immediate response when conflict arises. We provide advice and counsel to business and defend employers from lawsuits. Compensation: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-230k. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range will depend on candidate’s years of practice and relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this position is eligible for annual performance bonuses based on productivity.
