A nationally recognized labor & employment litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing Orange County office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes workplace litigation, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA matters, and complex single-plaintiff employment disputes.

Attorneys in this practice receive meaningful litigation responsibility early, including client interaction, depositions, mediations, and courtroom exposure while working alongside experienced employment litigators.

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000 - Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
