Confidential Employer in Chicago, IL seeks a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join our team and handle sophisticated employment litigation matters.

Qualified candidates will have Illinois Bar admission and at least 2 years of experience, with strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a collaborative environment. Hybrid schedule offered.

Compensation: $260,000 to $390,000 annually, based on experience, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
