Qualifications

• 3–5 years of labor and employment law experience at a large law firm.
• Minimum 3 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling wage-and-hour matters and single-plaintiff claims.
• Active Illinois bar license in good standing.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in utilizing innovative technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and wage-and-hour actions.
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation: discovery, motions, depositions, trials.
• Provide strategic counseling on employment-law issues and workplace compliance.
