Employment defense
Complex single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
General counseling.
Opportunity to work with public entities: schools, universities, cities, nonprofits (95% public entity defense).
Seeking someone collaborative, reliable, and defense-oriented.
Strong writing skills, good judgment, and ability to manage their own caseload (motions, depositions, trial prep).
Training provided on billing practices.
Close mentorship and support from a senior employment attorney (Ash).
Encouraged to develop business.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150K-$200K depending on experience.
Bonus: Additional compensation for business development/originations when settled.
