Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP in Houston is seeking a litigation attorney with experience in temporary restraining order and expedited relief proceedings, trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation, wage and hour class actions, and single plaintiff employment litigation.

You will handle core litigation tasks such as discovery, motion practice, researching, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings.

• Required experience includes temporary restraining order and temporary injunction expedited relief proceedings, trade secret misappropriation and noncompete litigation, wage and hour class action litigation, single plaintiff employment litigation, and core litigation tasks such as discovery, motion practice, researching, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Preferred experience encompasses trial preparation in both state and federal courts, as well as participation in settlement conferences and negotiations.
• Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus.
