Qualifications

• At least one of the following areas: Labor and Employment litigation; non-compete and restrictive covenants matters; reviewing, negotiating, drafting, or revising employment-related agreements; advice and counsel on legal compliance for employers; or the employment components of corporate transactions.
• Proficiency in litigation skills, including legal research, fact development, deposition preparation, written discovery and discovery disputes, and drafting motions and briefs.
• Am Law 100 firm experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates should demonstrate an ability to take initiative and drive the litigation process.

Overview

• The firm's Atlanta-based Employment Deal team represents and advises public and private companies, senior executives, and management teams on a range of matters including employment laws, restrictive covenants, employment litigation, executive compensation and contract negotiations, and corporate deal support involving employment law issues, encompassing sophisticated litigation, counseling, and transactional work.
• Required experience includes at least one of the following areas: Labor and Employment litigation; non-compete and restrictive covenants matters; reviewing, negotiating, drafting, or revising employment-related agreements; advice and counsel on legal compliance for employers; or the employment components of corporate transactions.
