Qualifications

• Prior administrative/clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must be able to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Current BLS certification upon hire (must be issued by the AHA).
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform a broad range of clerical support functions in the nursing unit.
• Perform reception functions, collect and compile patient data, assemble medical records.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge and perform related duties as required.
