Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required

Responsibilities

• Coordinates high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents findings and changes in condition for care team communications.
• Administers medications and monitors for side effects per standards of practice.
• Assists during procedures within documented competency and skill level.
• Educates patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
