Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Apple Valley, CA. Shifts available: day and night. Job types: full-time, part-time, and per diem. An ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and 1+ year L&D experience are preferred.

Benefits include healthcare coverage, 401K, PTO, tuition assistance, and a union facility at a Community hospital. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $118,000 per year.

Qualifications

ADN or higher nursing degree from an accredited program.
Active and unencumbered RN license.
1+ year experience in labor and delivery, obstetrics, or related field preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration with physicians and healthcare team.
Proficient with EHR systems and standard labor/delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
Monitor vital signs, contractions, fetal heart rates, and intervene as needed.
Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.
