Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of labor and delivery, obstetrics, or related field preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard labor/delivery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
