Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Tarzana, CA. The role involves caring for laboring mothers, monitoring contractions and fetal health, and supporting families throughout delivery. Experience in Antepartum, Birthing, Gynecology, or related fields is preferred.

Positions cover full-time, part-time, and per diem with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and retirement plans. ADN or higher and active RN license required, BLS/ACLS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher education from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ year Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and epidurals as prescribed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families through labor.
• Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines.
