Job summary

Incredible Health’s partner hospitals in Apple Valley, CA, are actively seeking Labor & Delivery RNs (RN) to join a dedicated obstetric team. The role supports laboring mothers, with shifts including day and night, and options for full-time, part-time, or per diem arrangements.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year L&D experience preferred, BLS/ACLS certification, strong communication and collaboration with clinicians, and proficiency in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years in Labor and Delivery/ obstetrics preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork with physicians and nurses.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team.
• Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and epidurals as prescribed.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families.
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines.
