Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or a Compact RN license.
• BLS certification (AHA) – may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Promote patient safety and positive healthcare outcomes.
