Job summary

Mercy South is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for Labor & Delivery. This part-time, day-shift role offers a supportive hospital environment with industry-leading incentives and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Current RN license in state of practice or Compact license.
BLS Certification from American Heart Association; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to patients across all age groups.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
