AdventHealth Mansfield is seeking RN professionals for StaffFlex contract assignments across our facilities. These shifts offer flexible scheduling with night options and competitive premium pay, helping you balance personal commitments while delivering high-quality patient care.

As a StaffFlex team member, you may work at a single facility or float across multiple AdventHealth hospitals in nine states. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols within

Formación

• 2 years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
• Basic computer skills – navigate Microsoft Windows based programs.
• RN license is required (Registered Nurse).
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates critical thinking skills appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Conducts ongoing assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
